English: Pyotr Semyonov-Tyan-Shansky: "Geographic-Statistical Dictionary of the Russian Empire", volume 3 (of 5): L-O The other four volumes were digitized by Runivers, but not volume 3. For the time being, this lower quality version from Google will have to do, even though the small print is not always readable. No pages seem to be missing, even though pagination makes a jump after page 736.
