הגן הבוטאני של מילאנו (Orto Botanico di Brera) , המשתרע על פני שטח של 5,000 מ"ר וכולל כ-300 צמחים, נמצא מאחורי הגלריה לאומנות ברירה (Pinacoteca di Brera) ב : Via Brera 28 שבמרכז מילאנו. הוא מופעל על-ידי אוניברסיטת מילאנו ופתוח לציבור בימי השבוע ללא תשלום (לא כל השנה).
הגן נוסד על-ידי (Fulgenzio Vitman) בשנת 1774, תחת ניהולה של המלכה האוסטרית מריה טרזה. היה לגן צמחי מרפא, אשר שירת את הסטודנטים לרפואה ולרוקחות. בשנת 1998, הגן שוקם, לאחר שהוא מוזנח תקופה ארוכה. יחד עימו, הוקם מצפה הכוכבים המצוי במקום.
הגן בנוי מערוגות צמחים מלבניות, אשר מגודרות על-ידי לבנים. כן מצויה בה בריכה אליפסית מהמאה ה-18 וחממה, המשמשת היום את האקדמיה לאומנות יפה. בנוסף למינים הבוטאנים אשר עיצובם התבסס על הארכיטקטורה של העבר, כגון אלו המיוחסות לג'וזפה פיארמריני, מצויה בגן בריכה מהמאה ה-18 שבה הם גדלים אירוסים ונימפאות.
