Summary[edit]

Description

Gillie got out today -- by accident. The door was open briefly and he dashed outside. Naturally he went straight for the woods.

Fortunately, there were so many things to investigate that I was able to get close enough to grab him and bring him back in.

The coyote threat has not abated, so that's one reason to keep him indoors. The other reason is the 3 deer ticks he picked up in the 5 minutes he was out there. (We put frontline on him when he was going out regularly, but we haven't been using it while he's indoors).

So now Gillie will be longing for the outdoors for a while (and letting us know about it).
