Summary[edit]

Description

A whistle goes a long way or at least it catches their attention. They were all picking at their down fir when I whistled and saw all their little heads pop up.

Fact:

During the second year after being hatched, Canadian Geese find a mate in which they stay together all of their lives. If one is killed, the other may find a new mate. The female lays 3–8 eggs and both parents protect the nest while the eggs incubate, but the female spends more time at the nest than the male.
