Description
English: Ground-level windows, Belfast Built in 1866, as the Clarence Place Hall, for the CIYMS (Church of Ireland Young Men’s Society). Designed by WH Lynn, the building has unusual (for Belfast) windows at ground level. This is the May Street side.
