BIOGRAPHY-Harriette Keating (Born 1898 in Seattle, Washington. Died 8 Jun 1975 in Helena, Montana, USA) was a renowned artist from Canada who was an influential figure among the Saskatchewan women artists. Harriette Keating was involved in the arts in Regina, as a president of the Sketch Club, a member of the Local Council of Women Art Committee, and a founder of the Women’s Art Association of Saskatchewan. She was particularly known for her detailed acrylic paintings of prairie landscapes.
