| Description |
English: Henge at Yarnbury The henge occupies the highest point of a flattish area of pastureland east of the Grassington to Yarnbury lane. The structure is circular and comprises a domed central area of about 10m diameter surrounded by a shallow ditch and bank. The flat nature of the surroundings make it difficult to photograph, so maybe another 'geograph' contributor could take a shot from a hang glider? |
