Description
English: Head office of Supo, the Finnish Security Intelligence Service, in Helsinki. It functioned similarly as head office for its predecessors, Etsivä keskuspoliisi (1919–38), Valtiollinen poliisi I "White Valpo" (1939–45), Valtiollinen poliisi II "Red Valpo" (1945–48). Supo has been operational since 1 January 1949.
Suomi: Suojelupoliisin päätoimisto Helsingin Punavuoressa Ratakadun ja Fredrikinkadun risteyksessä. Toimi myös edeltäjiensä päätoimistona: Etsivä keskuspoliisi (1919–38), Valtiollinen poliisi I "Valkoinen Valpo" (1939–45), Valtiollinen poliisi II "Punainen Valpo" (1945–48). Suojelupoliisi "Supo" on toiminut vuoden 1949 alusta.
