Description
English: A U.S. Navy sailor from the USS Abraham Lincoln Strike Group tells his shipmates to temporarily halt the transferring of supplies from a truck to an awaiting helicopter in Sumatra, Indonesia, on Jan. 3, 2005. The USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) and its embarked Carrier Air Wing Two 2 are conducting humanitarian operations in the wake of the Dec. 26th tsunamis that struck Southeast Asia as part of Operation Unified Assistance. The Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group is operating in the Indian Ocean off the coasts of Indonesia and Thailand.
