| Description |
English: Impromptu car park on Bollihope Moor. The moors above Weardale are prime grouse-shooting country, and many new Land Rover tracks have recently been created to improve access to the shooting. On my visit, the peace of the countryside was interrupted by the sudden appearance of about fifty vehicles, mostly large 4x4s converging on the moor for the Kennel Club's Pointer and Setter Championship 2007-8 on July 30, 2007.
