Description
English: Csf1r-EGFP+ macrophages migrate from the limbal vessels toward the implanted PDGFBB/FGF2-releasing hydrogels. Live imaging of Csf1r-EGFP+/tg cornea implanted with PDGFBB/FGF2-releasing hydrogel showed recruitment of Csf1r-EGFP+ macrophages, which migrated from the limbal vessels toward the implanted PEGDA hydrogel. Time lapse images were taken at an interval of every 90 seconds from 3.5 to 5 hours post-implantation.
