Summary[edit]

Description
English: Piano Improvising & Re-edition: 'INCH WORM _ Frank Loesser' (2nd Chorus - Improvisation: Waltz of Keyboard Worm) - A learnt & Exercising Version created from Ray d’Inverno 's Teaching version (Classroom) on the Educational platform - Future Learn): This sound file was the second chorus of 'INCH WORM' (Frank Loesser) Improvisation (Wikimedia Commons: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Inch_Worm_1st_draft_JMC.Han.ogg) for an educational purpose following three educational series - TAWTUTB "Things Ain't What They Used To Be" ( Mercer Ellington), Now's The Time' (Charlie Parker) and 'Blue Monk' (Thelonious Monk), which I had created.

Statement & Inspiration: in this chorus, three improvising approaches - Scalic way, Chordal way and Motivic way have been applied as the requirement of my course on Future Learn platform, with the time cuts around minutes - S (0.00-0.14), C (0.15-0.55) and M (0.56-End). As mentioned in this educational series, I found little boy Han in his dream had been joyfully mounting a significant fairy worm - flying Chinese Lute Keyboard-Worm (琴蟲) mentioned in a very old legend, historical and geographical encyclopedia - Classics of Mountains and Seas (山海經: Wikipedia introduction - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classic_of_Mountains_and_Seas), to travel across the north part of Eastern Map to ... common parts of Middle-earth Map (Wikipedia introduction:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle-earth ). About this species, there were words recorded: ‘大荒之中...有蟲,獸首蛇身,名曰琴蟲' (Translation: in the Far Wild World... there was a species of worm who has monster's head and sepent's body, which was called Keyboard-worm) (Referenced from: Xiang, L. Xin, L. (in Han dynasty), Lv, S. (2012) 'Northern Wild World Part' in Classic of Mountains and Seas (Coloured Photographic Demonstration). 1st edn. Beijing: Oversea Chinese Press. ISBN 978-7-5113-1818-3. pp. 398-399) You knew, to my very favourite paper book, I usually put a formal reference to show my love and inspirational origin. His ride made a fantastical dream and many 'mythical colours' in the imaginational world and his own heart-store.
