Description
English: H-frame transmission towers along Indiana I-69 Corridor Project, Section 5; near the Tapp Road work zone; Monroe County, Indiana; looking south. In the background is the Fullerton Pike work zone, where construction of an overpass and interchange is ongoing. Visible but barely is heavy equipment lined up on the approach for the Fullerton Road overpass. At this time this photo was taken, at least one major subcontractor for the Section 5 project had ceased working due to contractual and payment disputes.
