English: Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (Jan. 7, 2002) - Utilitiesman 2nd Class Brian T. Pratt, a U.S. Navy Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Two (NMCB 2), adjusts newly strung razor wire along one of the perimeter fences at "Camp X-Ray."
