Description
English: Predicted pairs with separation in sequence. The straight lines connect pairs contained in subset (eq. 25). As in Figure 6, black, purple and red connecting lines indicate the extent to which the 3D distance between and changes during conformational transition. The transition is modeled here by linear interpolation (morph) between the inward and outward-facing conformations.
