Summary[edit]

Description
English: Kinetic form (7 meters high), created by Jan Chwałczyk (collaborators: J. Liberski, S. Witkowski) during the 1st Biennial of Spatial Forms in Elbląg (1965). Located on the ‘Anna’ hill in the R. Traugutt Park in Elbląg. Once a windmill was moved by the force of the wind. In the background, visual artists: Agata Zbylut and Iwona Demko with curator Karina Dzieweczyńska, while working on the project entitled "Congress of dreamers / Kongres Marzycielek” carried out at the Art Center Gallery EL.
Polski: Forma kinetyczna o wysokości 7 metrów, stworzona przez Jana Chwałczyka (współpracownicy: J. Liberski, S. Witkowski) w ramach I Biennale Form Przestrzennych w Elblągu (1965). Znajduje się na wzniesieniu Góry Anny w Parku im. R. Traugutta. Kiedyś wiatrak był poruszany siłą wiatru. Na drugim planie artystki wizualne: Agata Zbylut i Iwona Demko oraz kuratorka Karina Dzieweczyńska, realizujące projekt "Kongres marzycielek" przy Centrum Sztuki Galeria EL.
