Description
Normaund: À l'entou du vièr abbatouaithe, Saint Hélyi, Jèrri
English: Jersey Girl, sculpture by Rowan Gillespie, commissioned by Harcourt Developments for Liberty Wharf development, Saint Helier, Jersey - inaugurated 2010. The sculpture is slightly larger than life size and is suspended by a cable connected to one of her toes. The sculptor was inspired by the Liberation of Jersey from WWII German Occupation.
