Ministro del Interior y de Defensa de Salvador Allende, falleció a comienzos de la dictadura militar encabezada por Augusto Pinochet, luego de haber sido detenido y torturado por militares de la dictadura. Imagen publicada en el mensaje Presidencial de S.E. Salvador Allende Gossens el 21 de mayo de 1972. |
