English: Picture of the Joseph Horne Company Department Store, located at Penn Avenue and Stanwix Street in Downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on September 18, 2010. Built in 1900 with additions in 1923, architects Peabody & Stearns and William S. Fraser, the building is on the List of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks.
An old and ornately decorated metal sign on the building says, "Joseph Horne Co. Dry Goods - Importers and Retailers". |
