Description
English: Königstraße (King Street), running south-southwest for about a kilometer from Stuttgart's main train station, is considered Germany's greatest pedestrian shopping street. Here, I can do something I take for granted in the US but can rarely do in Europe: evening shopping. All shops remain open until 8 in the evening, six days a week, closing only for Quiet Day Sundays.

It is Monday early evening, there is a lot of activity still.

The "buchhaus" to the right, obviously, is a bookhouse (bookstore).
