The time has now arrived when all members are called upon to render their personal assistance to making the OPEN AIR CEREMONIAL, the success we as real 100% Americans want it to be. You are urged to give some of your spare moments of leisure time, to the thought of bringing into the organization NEW BLOOD. We are preparing for the [holographic ink] ... Sat 30 ... [printed] night of September .............. 1922,

to hold the greatest event in the History of your Order, right out in the open on the Mountain top, with lots of candidates to be made Citizens of the Invisible Empire. We want you to bring along for that night one or more candidates, and we are certain it will be the best Naturalization, and the most solemn occasion your friends ever took part in. Just picture Five Hundred Men in white robes on the Mountain side, in the dark hours of the stilly night, all 100% Americans helping to make others who have not as yet received the light, to be enthused with the true spirit of Klancraft, and taught the lesson of being Klanish among his fellow American. This great cause calls upon every member to lend his whole body and soul to make this Open Naturalization the most realistic ceremony ever held by any State in the whole Country.

You, as a true loyal and devoted Jersey man, are now called upon to manifest that trust and confidence reposed in you, when we made you one of our fellows in the SACRED UNFAILING BOND. The eye of the unseen, and unknown, is gazing down upon us as members of this SACRED Band, united in the cause for the preservation of AMERICAN INSTITUTIONS, the CHASTITY of PURE AMERICAN WOMANHOOD, and PURE AMERICANISM. The thought of being associated with such an organization should make one feel he was an HONORED CITIZEN, and an aristocrat and living in a REALM of pure joy among real true God fearing Americans, who walk through daily life, without fear or reproach.

You can get someone you can vouch for as a qualified real 100% American, and who will make a sterling CITIZEN of the INVISIBLE EMPIRE like yourself. We must have MEN—God fearing MEN—MEN of dependable worth—MEN who will not shirk at duty—STRONG MEN, we believe you are one of these men, or else you would never have been made a KLANSMAN, and CITIZEN of the INVISIBLE EMPIRE. Now it's up to YOU, that such men like yourself are made KLANSMEN on the big night of our Naturalization.

Will you give this matter your loyal and hearty cooperation, or are you going to be recorded on the rolls of your local KLAN, as a fellow without heart and a laxity of sufficient courage to help other true loyal KLANSMEN to put over the job in the biggest style possible.

To prevent stagnation of the growth of this Order in membership, is a crime against humanity. Our Nation needs our Order, and you and others are important factors in the Civic life of the Nation, and can feel proud of being a KLANSMAN, for no one but fellows who believe in true Americanism can be such as yourself. We want you to bring in these kind of men. Will you help the Cause?

Apply to your secretary for applications and petition blanks; get them filled out and the fee. Send them in at once; help others like yourself to increase your Order. The drive is on for TWO THOUSAND MEMBERS—Are YOU going to help that drive. Let our motto be LETS GO, UNITED WE STAND "DIVIDED WE FALL. KU KLUXISM must never die—Our principles shall prevail forever and ever.

The Slogan is—TWO THOUSAND MEMBERS for the OPEN NATURALIZATION.

Are you going to lend your support to the success of that drive—REMEMBER KU KLUXISM, and its Splendid Principles—must never, never die. For a KLANSMAN'S motto—'CHE KNIGHTS of the KU KLUX KLAN must live FOREVER!
