  • Significance: Formerly owned by the Watsons, a prominent family within the district. Imposing in its dimensions and distinguished for its detailing, the main house at Bracketts is a demonstration of changing architectural craftsmanship and taste as well as a reflection of the Watson family's growth and prosperity over a period of half a century. Designed as a private dwelling.
