Thap Rua, or Tortoise Tower, is a three-storey pagoda located in the middle of Ho Hoan Kiem, in the middle of Hanoi. The Thap Rua was built in the 18th century, and is one of the most recognised landmarks in Hanoi. [Asiaexplorers.com]
