Deutsch: Vor dem seit dem 18. August 2022 schief stehenden nördlichen Leuchtturm an der Geestemündung in Bremerhaven liegt ein Schwerlastponton. Da die Gefahr besteht, dass der Turm umkippt, wurde auf dem Ponton ein Bett aus Stroh eingerichtet. Es ist beabsichtigt, Teile des alten Turms für einen Ersatzbau zu verwenden.
English: A heavy lift pontoon is before the northern lighthouse at the Geeste estuary in Bremerhaven. The lighthouse is leaning since 18 August 2022 due to a partial collapse of the northern Geeste pier. As the tower is in danger of falling down, a bed of straw has been made on the pontoon. It is planned to use some parts of the old tower for the construction of a new one on a new mole. |
