Driving time from Lipa to Manila is about 90 minutes.(also known as the STAR Tollway or CALABARZON Expressway) is a four-lane (from Sto. Tomas to Lipa) and two-lane (from Lipa to Balagtas) 42 km (26 mi) expressway in the Philippines.
