Description
English: Protein synthesis inhibition attenuates axonal recovery of cap-dependent translation in mCherrymyr5′Cal-eGFPmyr mRNA expressing DRG neurons. Representative FRAP sequence as in Videos S1 except cultures were pretreated with 150 µM anisomycin prior to photobleaching (original time lapse  = 30 min, with 2 min pre-bleach and 28 min post-bleach at 1 frame/min) [scale bar  = 50 µm].
