| DescriptionLunch Break.jpg | I'm fascinated by these birds and not just because they let me get close with the camera. I have a sequence of jittery shots of a chickadee hiding a nut in a moss covered tree. In the winter they store lots of food but not all in one place. Each seed or nut is hidden in its own individual cache! It has been studied and proven that they remember the location of hundreds of items at a time. | ||
