Fotografia wykonana w atelier zakładu fotograficznego „L. Tudella” w Łodzi przedstawia popiersie młodego mężczyzny z wąsami w dwurzędowej marynarce. Zakład fotograficzny „J. Tudella” funkcjonował w 1910 roku przy przy ulicy Rzgowskiej 2. Pod tym samym adresem w drugiej dekadzie XX wieku mieścił się zakład "Othello" (Ottelo), którego właścicielem był Adam Michel, wcześniej prowadzący zakład przy Zgierskiej 64. Ogłaszał się on w następujący sposób: „Wykonywa wszelkie roboty wchodzące w zakres fotograficzny, portrety kredkowe, akwarele, fotografie na płytach pomnikowych od 4 rubli. Fotografie na filiżankach, talerzach, wazach itp. Ceny stałe, lecz bardzo przystępne”. W latach 20. XX wieku jego firma pod tym adresem używała nazwy „Apollo”.
