Laurel Highway in Malvar. New racetrack to open in Batangas January 19, 2013 -- Malvar, Batangas [6] is a second class municipality in the Province of Batangas[7], Philippines. As of 2009, the population of Malvar was 41,270 and the total number of households was 8,678.
