English: BACTERIA ISOLATED IN THE FOOD FLOURS
Italiano: colonie di muffe e lieviti del genere Saccharomyces isolate su un campione di farina di cereali. La semina avviene per spatolamento superficiale su un terreno selettivo per muffe e lieviti, Rose Bengal agar che permette più facilmente lo sviluppo delle colonie. Sono specie aerobie che crescono a una temperatura di 30°C. Periodo d’incubazione 48 ore.
