Professor Ernest Tristram uncovered these paintings in 1927. In this section, Cain slaying Abel and God convicting Cain are shown in the window splays. To the left of the window is The Betrayal, to the right is The Last Supper. All the paintings are thought to date from 1200 and 1250. |
