Čeština: Vlajka obce Medlovice, okres Vyškov. Zelený list se šikmým bílým pruhem vycházejícím z první šestiny dolního okraje listu do páté šestiny horního okraje listu. V žerďovém poli šikmo žlutý obilný klas, ve vlajícím poli bílý maltézský kříž.
