Description
English: Molecular interaction of BMAP27 with TLM and LLM membrane systems. The N-terminal α-helical regions of four different BMAP27 molecules are shown in black, red, green and blue, and the C-terminal residues (19–27) are shown in yellow. The anionic lipids (DOPS) in the LLM lipid-bilayer is shown in purple. The visualization was generated using the VMD movie maker.
