Bahasa Indonesia: Kawanan bekantan (Nasalis larvatus) sedang mencari makan di Kawasan Konservasi Mangrove dan Bekantan (KKMB), Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara. Kawasan konservasi ini memiliki luas sekitar 22 hektar dan merupakan habitat bekantan sekaligus wisata hutan mangrove yang terletak di tengah kota. Bekantan merupakan primata endemik pulau Kalimantan yang tersebar di hutan bakau, rawa dan hutan pantai. Satwa yang dilindungi ini merupakan satwa endemik Indonesia yang populasinya semakin terancam kepunahan.
English: A herd of proboscis monkeys (Nasalis larvatus) is looking for food in the Mangrove and Proboscis Monkey Conservation Area (KKMB), Tarakan, North Kalimantan. This conservation area has an area of about 22 hectares and is a proboscis monkey habitat as well as a mangrove forest tour which is located in the middle of the city. Proboscis monkeys are endemic primates of the island of Borneo which are scattered in mangrove forests, swamps and coastal forests. This protected animal is an endemic species of Indonesia whose population is increasingly threatened with extinction.
