Description
Español: Miniaturas de las tropas de la reina Isabel II de España. 1961-1979 ; 2013. Detalle. Museo del Ejército, Toledo. Ideadas por el coleccionista Joaquin Pla Palmau en los años 1960 y fabricadas por José Almirall, qué fabricó más de 3500 figuras. Esas miniaturas representan los principales regimientos de Infantería, Caballería, Artillería y Ingenieros del Ejército que se sucedieron entre 1830 y 1860, y tambien las tropas de la Casa Real qué abren el desfile. Pla Dalmo solicitó el gran miniaturista Lucio Sáez Alcocer para realizar las figuras "vedette" de la composición, como la miniatura de la reina Isabel II. En el segundo plano es el Palacio Real de Madrid.
