Members of a Panamanian delegation from the State Partnership Program suited up in Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Protective Equipment at Jefferson Barracks, MO. The State Partnership Program invited a delegation from Panama to tour Missouri National Guard facilities and units that will be involved in a planning exercise that deals with a radiological disaster in Kansas City, Missouri. The delegation will also be present at the command and control centers during the exercise, which is code named Vibrant Response. (Courtesy of the Missouri National Guard)
