Français : Le musée d’histoire naturelle de Lille a acheté une collection de modèles cristallographiques en verre, entre 1900 et 1907. Ces achats ont plus probablement été faits vers 1903 et par Jules Gosselet lui-même (Il dirigeait alors le laboratoire de géologie). Chacun de ces modèles représentent un type de « maille » initiale d’un cristal (répétée presque à l’infini selon quantité matière et la place dont dispose cristal au moment de sa formation). Il existe sept sortes de formes cristallines de base. Chacune est caractérisées par la longueur de se axes et les angles formés par ces axes. Ces modèles cristallographiques ont été fabriqués par l’entreprise créée par le Dr. Adam F. Krantz (Allemagne) à Bonn en 1833. Cette entreprise vendait aussi des minéraux, des fossiles et des roches. Il reste quelques étiquettes originales, numérotées. Le petit numéro ajouté sur fond blanc correspond au n° d’entrée dans les collections du muséum ; La plupart de ces modèles mesurent entre 20 et 25 cm. Des fils de soie tressée, de couleurs diférentes sont tendus entre deux points de colle à l’intérieur de ces modèles. English: The Natural History Museum Lille bought a collection of crystallographic models of glass, between 1900 and 1907. These purchases most probably made around 1903 and by Jules Gosselet himself (he was head the geology lab). Each of these models represent a type of "mesh" initial crystal (repeated almost indefinitely according quantity and material instead of which has crystal at the time of formation). There are seven basic kinds of crystalline forms. Each is characterized by the length to the axes and the angles formed by these axes.
