Description
Deutsch: Die Brücke über den Schlatenbach wird jedes Jahr Mitte Oktober abgetragen und Mitte Juni wieder aufgestellt, um ihr die Last des Schnees im Winter zu ersparen. Der Schlatenbach ist ein Gletscherbach, d.h., über ihn fließt das Wasser ab, das vom Schlatenkees abschmilzt. Wenn man sieht, wie viel Wasser da hinunterrinnt, ist das nicht nur beeindruckend, es ist traurig und angsterregend. Gletscher sind wichtig für unser Klima, denn sie kühlen die Luft. Je weiter sie also durch den Klimawandel schmelzen, desto mehr schreitet dieser voran. 1985 reichte das Gletscherende noch bis zur Brücke.
