Summary[edit]

Description
English: New Southgate Station Class 313 units depart the station with a stopping service to Welwyn Garden City. As the station is unmanned for much of the day, a large mirror is provided so that the driver can watch passengers boarding and alighting. Beyond the station is the bridge carrying Friern Barent Road. Beyond, a second bridge carries the A109 Oakleigh Road North/South (it changes name in the vicinity of the railway bridge). Beyond that is Barnet Tunnel.
