English: Nu-Venture bus T348 Skipper (reg. KYV 348X), a 1981 Leyland Titan (B15), pictured at the 2009 Cobham bus rally at Wisley Airfield, in Nu-Venture's blue & white livery, with added Loose Swiss Scouts centenary markings - the name Skipper, applied in white below the radiator, was added in 2008 to mark the centenary of the Loose, Kent based scouting group, along with the two green signs on the front of the bus protraying the scouting symbol, and the silver strapline applied below the windscreen which reads LOOSE SWISS SCOUT GROUP CENTENARY 1908-2008. Skipper was the nickname of the founder of the group Jack Barcham Green (whose full name has also been applied above the entance door).

The 397th production Titan, it's from the later batch built at Leyland's expanded factory in the Lillyhall Industrial Estate in Workington (earlier ones were built by British Leyland subsidiary Park Royal Vehicles in Park Royal, London). As with the vast majority of production, it was delivered new to London Transport as part of the dual-door T-class, allocated fleet number T348.

As part of the privatisation process, it passed into the fleet of Stagecoach Selkent (South East London & Kent) in 1994.

The following year it was transferred within the Stagecoach Group to their East Kent operation, being renumbered 7248. Just 3 months later, while still red, it was loaned to Selkent neighbour Stagecoach East London. Having been converted to single door configuration around May 1996, in the October it was transferred yet again, this time to Sussex Coastline, then finally back to East Kent in 1999.

It finally left Stagecoach ownership when was bought by Nu-Venture in 2007, being repainted into their blue & white livery.
