Description
English: There are many generations of bread. Dokka bread is similar to a crepe. When you nibble on the "Khamrid" and smell it as if you are in the midst of the charming Pharaonic nature. There were many recipes, the method of guessing, its ingredients, its ingredients and its preparation, but the traditional method of preparation will be as you do. العربية: تعددت الأجيال و الخبز واحد ....تلك الجملة اول ما يخطر ببالك عند زيارتك للنوبة، فبالاضافة لسحر الطبيعة المتناغم مع وجوه النوبين الطيبة البشوشة تتفاجئ بوجود اكلات فرعونية يفضلها النوبيين و يعتبروها أحد أسرارهم المميزة، و من ألذ هذه الاكلات "الخمريد"او "خبز الدوكة" الذي يشبه "الكريب" في قوامه و شكله ،و لكن بالتأكيد لا توجد مقارنة في الطعم. فعندما تقضم "الخمريد" و تشتم رائحته تشعر و كأنك في خضم الطبيعة الفرعونية الساحرة. تعددت الوصفات و التخمينات حول مكوناته و طريقة تحضيره و لكن اليوم جئنا لكم بطريقة "الخمريد" الأصلية و مصدرنا هو الجدة"ست" الاسوانية التى تعيش في جزيرة"الحربيات" بأسوان، و لذلك ستكون طريقة التحضير تقليدية كما تفعله الجدة. اليكم الطريقة: سنحتاج لطاسة تيفال او دوكة صاج او دوكة طين و "الدوكة" هي مسطح دائري يستخدمه النوبين في الطهي
