Deutsch: Obersontheim, Stiftertafel des ehemaligen Waisenhauses Bachstraße 12. Das abgebildete Wappen ist das der Schenken von Limpurg, mittig mit dem Schenkenbecher. Die Inschrift lautet:
 
Ober-Sontheimisches Waysen-Haŭß
 
Dŭrch Gottes Hand / ŭnd große Mildigkeit
Von Herrn Schenck Vollraths ŭnd Fraŭ Sophie-Lenoren
Die beiderseits aŭs Limbŭrgs : Stamm geboren /
Steht dieses Haŭß zŭ Gottes Ehr bereit.
Es legte zwar sein Scherfflein mancher bey /
der ungenannt; doch wäre nichts vollzogen /
Wo Jene nicht dem Werck so gar gewogen ,
Ways/ mercke das / lob, Gott! Sprich ohne Schein
Erhalt diß Werck / o Herr! zŭ Deinem Preiß
Ach segne doch / die solche Anstalt mehren
Stürtz sichtbarlich den / der es will verstöhren!
