Svenska: Rödemaljerat georgskors av guld, mellan korsarmarna genombrutna bladornament av guld. Guldkantad, välvd medaljong med polykrom emaljmålning visande S:ta Anna i landskap.

Frånsidans medaljong täckt med vit emalj, därpå målat namnchiffer, spegelmonogram (A I P F ? - Anna Imperatoris Petri Filia) i blått krönt av krona i brunt och gult.

På den övre korsarmen en guldring, flankerad av två kulor, på ringen stämplat 56 samt otydligt tecken. I ringen fäst en oval, spiralformig bandring.
