| Description | Along the lower elevations of the western portion of this back country byway (just to the south of Jordan Valley), the sagebrush steppe is often colonized by cheatgrass and medusahead regardless of the degree and nature of disturbance. The plant diversity and vegetation of the entire area has the look of a long history of intense grazing. |
