English: Personnal coat of arms of the grand-duke Nikolai Nikolaievich (1831-1891), given for the Znamenka estate, after the 9 june 1858 decree (number 33270 in the collection of imperial laws):
“ Личный герб Его Императорского Высочества Великого Князя Николая Николаевича. для Знаменского Дворца.

Щит варяжской формы. В лазуревом поле, серебряный веноке роз с червлеными семенниками, на котором два, на крест положенные, золотые топора (эмблема генерал инспектора инженериой части). край (из герба рода романовых) черный, на нем восем оторванных львиных голов, четыре золотыя и четыре серебряныя, все с червлеными глазами и языками. щит увенчанный шлемом Св. Благоверного Великого Князя Александра Невского с надписью "Съ нами богь", украшенным древнею Царскою короною. Нашлемник: возникающий Государственный Орел, имеющий на груди Московский гербъ, окруженный цепью Ордена Св. Апостола Андрея Первозванного, и на крыльях : гербы Царства Казанского, Царства Астраханского, Царства Польского, Царства Сибирского, Царства Херсониса Таврического, Царства Грузинского, соединенные гербы Великих Княжеств Киевского, Владимирского и Новогородского и герб Великого Княжества Финляндского. Щит окружен цепью Ордена Св. Апостола Андрея Первозванного.
