Svenska: Runt kanten och på ryggen kantad med silverspets. Inuti två fack klädda med rosafärgad taft. I ett av facken en lapp med texten: "en sedel bok och en penning börs har tillhört Konung Gustaf 2 dra Adolph. inköpt och gifvit till samlingarne på Skokloster af Hans Excellence, Riksmarskalken m.m. Herr Grefve Magn. Brahe. 1841."
