Description
Eesti: Foto on saadud TÜ kunstimuuseumis avatava näituse ettevalmistusprotsessis, kus ühendavad jõu teadlane ja kunstnik. Selleks on elektronmikroskoobiga üles pildistatud miniatuurne objekt, nö “liivatera”, mis on toodud Pompeist. Kaasa oleme pannud kaks versiooni, millest üks on nö mustvalge originaal pilt ja teine koloreeritud variant. Tekstuuri koloreerimiseks on kasutatud fotot Pompei stiilis seinamaalingust, mis pärineb samast ruumist uuritava objektiga.

Foto on tehtud elektron mikroskoobiga Vega II SBU, kasutades tagasihajunud elektrone.
