Description
English: A pair of post-Medieval silver cufflinks (c. 1700-c. 1800).

The cufflinks comprise two similar discs connected with a silver wire loop. They are convex at the front and concave at the rear and have a diameter of 12.2mm. On the rear, at the centre, is a soldered wire loop. The silver wire connecting loop measures 18.9 x 8.6mm and has a diameter of 1.5mm. The front of each disc is engraved or inscribed with a similar double 'rose' motif, the centres of which are hatched.

Overall length: 35.2mm; width 12.2mm; thickness: 4.9mm. Weight: 3.78g.
