all wet with one dry spot showing the hygrophanous property of this fungus Motic B2-211A, magnification 1.000 x, oil, in water Habitat: Cold northeast inclined and steep mountain slope, mixed forest, predominantly Fagus sylvatica, calcareous ground, in shade, protected from direct rain by three canopies, average precipitations ~ 3,000 mm/year, average temperature 7-9 deg C, elevations 820 m (2,700 feet), alpine phytogeographical region. Substratum: a thick layer of rotten leaves with somewhat wood debris. Place: Učja valley. Northeast slope of Mt. Kobariški Stol ridge, lower Drnohla place, lower abandoned forest road, East Julian Alps, Posočje, Slovenia Growing in a small group. Spore print dark brown. Hygrophanous and with hollow stem.Deutsch: Faserling aus dem Učja-Tal, östliche Julische Alpen, Posočje, Slovenien
