This panel "displays the new Post Office building, the State Capitol at Concord, the County buildings and the City Hall block. On the lower floor of the latter are the offices of the various departments of the City Government, also W.E. Wright's jewelry store, A.H. Grimes's grocery, and the Public Library containing upward of 7,000 volumes.
